Product Description
APPLICATION:
Mainly used in outside furnace refining, and take place of ferro alloy ect., alloy cored wire is more advantageous compared with use of powder spraying method or putting ferro alloy directly in.
The advantage: Less agitation of the steel which minimizes splashing and pick-up of gases (oxygen, hydrogen, and nitrogen) improved yield, especially for calcium alloys and other reactive additions lower temperature loss and lower operation loss no problems related to the storage of oxidizable or toxic products
Cored wire injection application is also widely integrated in the foundry practice of desulphurization, inoculation and nodularization process, with significant quality improvement.
Available diameter: 9mm, 13mm and 16mm.
